Purple Sandpipers at last

A very late and quick post from earlier in the year and my trip to North Wales in April. One sunny day we decided on sticking to the coast rather than the countryside and luckily we ended up walking into 2 Purple Sandpipers on top of some large boulders below some Sea bird cliffs near the Little Orme. I have been trying to photograph and see one for many years and at first I was not sure but after checking on Twitter my guess was confirmed.

3 male Eiders and 1 female just off Llandudno beach and another first for me
