Cheshire wildlife watcher Notes - A bug in the grass

After abit of work on a wildlife project today I stopped for a snack by a pond on a local industrial estate and I spotted this little orange bug climbing up a grass stalk so I took a quick photograph. 

If anyone can identify it for me I would love to know.
